Sheila Harris-Adams, President of Visionary Business Solutions is an Industry expert in Business Consulting, Federal Contracting, Labor Management, Professional Services, Human Resources and Business Development.
Also, her experience as a Life Coach and Motivational Speaker makes her the perfect head Visionary for VBS, LLC. and it's desires for growth in years to come.
She has a proven executive management track record and over 30 years of experience driving sales and marketing goals and objectives.
Prior to starting Visionary Business Solutions Ms. Harris-Adams was Vice President of Business Development for a Defense Contractor where she was the driving force that led to an increase of over 700% in sales over three years.
While at the helm of this organization she not only drove sales, but dedicated her efforts to expanding the company’s market share in the federal marketplace, establishing far-reaching industry wide relationships, and solidifying the company's brand and presence industry-wide.
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
April Thompson is a Business Project Manager who works with clients to select, design, and implement system and cultural change in their business. She helps them gain buy in for the project from their stakeholders, employees, and managers constantly pushing new ideas and technology.
April has helped many clients achieve their goals on time and on budget. She is currently working with one of the largest municipality Heath System in the United States to implement an ERP system and bring their policies, practices and people into the 21st Century.
Over the years she has impacted clients in multiple industries – from non-profit to manufacturing to health care – for positive change.
April holds a BS degree in Psychology from Messiah College.
