Sheila Harris-Adams is a success driven visionary who has garnered over 30 years of experience in the fields of Business Development, Federal Procurement, Contract Management, Professional Services, Labor Management, Operations, Project Management, Human Resources, and Sales and Marketing. She has diverse experience excelling in many roles including CEO, Vice President of Business Development, Director of Sales and Marketing, Regional Director of Human Resources, to Senior Level Executive of a multi-million- dollar organization.
Ms. Harris-Adams serves on the board of various non-profit organizations throughout the state. She is an active member of various defense industry associations such as the NDIA (National Defense Industrial Association), AUSA (Association of the United States Army), NCMA National Contract Management Association. She is currently serving as the Co-Chair of the NAVAIR-Lakehurst Small Business Roundtable and is the Education and Professional Development Chair of WID (Women in Defense) LC. Sheila Harris-Adams is also an active member of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce where she has served on the Government Affairs Board, Political Action Committee, Economic Development Board, Ambassadors and the Military Council. Along with a degree in Business Ms. Harris-Adams holds numerous business certification and accreditations.

Sheila Harris-Adams is passionate about the various organizations she has supported over the past 30+ years in the non-profit sector. She has an inherent understanding of how to successfully remain true to an organizations core values while ensuring a real life business model is still being followed. She is committed to the empowerment of others and has served the community in various roles including Board Chair, Vice President, Business Administrator, Director of Outreach, Fund Raising Chair, Membership Chair, Community Involvement Liaison, Grant Facilitator, Program Director, and Political Action Committee Chair. Her dedication to serve has placed her at the forefront of many initiatives from Board Chair and facilitator of a summer internship program for at risk youth, to the development of a community based parenting program and serving as chairperson of nationally televised political summit. Her extensive experience includes facilitating, planning and managing Corporate and Non-Profit Events include Annual Fundraisers, National Conferences, Corporate Meeting, Sporting Events, Corporate Celebrations and Retreats.
